Proposal
Hybrid vehicles have truly changed the entire automobile market. Carmakers have adjusted their production plans to meet the great demand for these hybrid vehicles. Hybrid vehicles are very appealing to the consumers because they are known for saving great amounts of money. It is important that al consumers consider purchasing a hybrid vehicle next because of the great amount of pros that all hybrids have. Hybrid cars are not only beneficial for the people purchasing them, but they benefit everyone when they are used. Hybrid vehicles reduce toxic emissions into the atmosphere, which helps improve the world that we live in, and they help the consumers save money on gas. Why would you not consider buying a hybrid vehicle if they are mutually beneficial.
Introduction: Hybrid vehicles have truly changed the world wide automobile market. They are selling at astonishing rates, and carmkers are fighting to keep up with the constant demand. There must be a reason why hybrid vehicles have become such a hot commodity over the past five yeras. Hybrid vehicles have several qualities that make them very attractive to all kinds of consumers. When looking to purchase your next car, you should highly consider a hybrid because hybrids are more efficient economically, have the power to gradually reduce dependence on foreign nations, and are much better for the environment.

Conclusion: Hybrid cars really have some great perks to them that should definitely be considered while car shopping next. They are extremely efficient not only economically but also environmentally. At a time where our worldwide economy is so questionable it is important that everyone do everything they possibly can to strengthen the economy. Purchasing a hybrid vehicle is one way you can help rebuild the economy and the environment.
I really like this topic and it looks like you have found a lot of good sources to find valuable information to support your argument. I like how you state specific points that you will discuss in your thesis that make it clear for the reader to see where you are going with your topic and how you will discuss the cons of hybrids. My only suggestion is to use some statistics suggesting their benefits. Great job!

You're trying to make it sound like Hybrids are the hottest thing on the market, when in reality, even in this recession, they don't appear on the roads much.
Be realistic. Use facts to support your opinions, not opinions to support your opinions.
