My topic is whether sports stars and celebrities should bear any responsibility for being role models for young children.
Thesis:
Sport stars and celebrities are in the public eye at all times. They are under constant pressure of public scrutiny. What they do and what they say particularly influences young children. They have the ability to significantly impact their lives. Sport stars and celebrities should be conscience of their actions and know that they bear a responsibility of being a role models for young children.

ReplyDeleteI did a similar topic for my visual rhetoric paper. There is a lot to talk about under this topic so that is good. Like Marc said, I don't really see what you are trying to get across in your thesis. I would try and condense your thesis down to one sentence and specifically state whether or not athletes and celebrities are or are not good role models and why. Hope that helps a little.
